Helado de Mango y Colágeno

Mango and Collagen Ice Cream

A tropical, creamy, and functional ice cream, made with only natural ingredients and no added sugar. Mango provides sweetness and antioxidants, while collagen helps care for your skin, joints, and hair... and all without an ice cream maker!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes (frozen in chunks)
  • 100 g of natural Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of Collagen
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, to enhance the flavor)

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender or food processor.

2. Blend until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture.

3. You can consume it immediately as asoft serveor pour it into a container and freeze for 4–5 hours for a firmer texture.

4. Remove 10 minutes before serving to facilitate shaping.

5. Garnish with a little shredded coconut or fresh mango if desired.
