Sugar-Free Chocolate Collagen Energy Bars

These soft, filling bars combine the power of collagen with clean energy and the pleasure of chocolate, without a trace of added sugar. Ideal for mid-morning, before a workout, or as a healthy snack to keep your skin, muscles, and mood balanced.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of fine oat flakes
  • 50g unsweetened almond or peanut butter
  • 30 g of pure cocoa powder
  • 60 ml of vegetable drink (oat, almond...)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (10–15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of collagen
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup or liquid erythritol (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 85% dark chocolate chips (optional topping)

Preparation

  1. Mix the nut cream with the plant-based drink and coconut oil until combined.
  2. Add the cocoa, collagen, oats, and salt. Mix well until you have a thick dough.
  3. Place the mixture in a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper and compact with a spoon.
  4. Optional: Add chocolate chips on top and press gently.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then cut into bars.
