Coconut and Collagen Energy Balls

A healthy, satisfying, and delicious snack for mid-morning or post-workout. Each ball is packed with natural energy thanks to coconut, dates, and our collagen, helping to care for your skin, joints, and muscles while you enjoy something sweet and guilt-free.

Preparation: 3-4 || 10–12 balls approx.

Ingredients

  • 100 g pitted dates (hydrated if dry)
  • 60 g of fine oat flakes
  • 40 g of grated coconut
  • 15 g chia seeds (optional)
  • 10 g pure cocoa powder (optional, for "bounty" version)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (10–15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of collagen
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

Preparation

1. Blend the dates in a food processor until they form a paste.

2. Add the oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, collagen, salt, and vanilla.

3. Add the coconut oil and mix everything until you get a dense and malleable dough.

4. Form balls with your hands.

5. Lightly coat in grated coconut for a more attractive finish.

6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before consuming.
