Ingredients:

  • 1 Spoon of Collagen
  • 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee (hot or cold)
  • 100 ml of vegetable drink (oat, almond or soy)
  • 4–5 ice cubes
  • (Optional) 1 tsp date or sugar-free syrup

Instructions:

1. In a large glass, dissolve the collagen in the still-hot coffee.

2. Add the vegetable drink and mix well.

3. Serve over ice and sweeten to taste if desired.
