Overnight Oats with Raspberry and Passion Fruit + Collagen

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of Collagen
  • ½ cup soft oat flakes
  • 150 ml of unsweetened vegetable drink (coconut, oat or almond)
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of natural or pureed passion fruit without sugar
  • A handful of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • (Optional) 1 tsp raw honey, agave syrup or erythritol

Instructions:

1. In a jar or bowl, mix the plant-based drink with the collagen scoop until dissolved.

2. Add the oat flakes, chia seeds and mix well.

3. Add the passion fruit puree and raspberries.

4. Sweeten if desired, mix and cover.

5. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. The next day it will be ready to enjoy cold or warm.
