Chia Pudding with Collagen, Red Berries and Passion Fruit

This chia pudding combines the best for your skin and your digestive system. Chia seeds provide fiber and omega-3s, regulating intestinal transit and promoting nutrient absorption. Collagen works from within to improve skin firmness and elasticity, while passion fruit and berries provide antioxidants and natural vitamin C, key to stimulating collagen synthesis. Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of Collagen
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 150 ml coconut milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons passion fruit puree (fresh or unsweetened canned)
  • ½ cup of fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey, agave syrup, or erythritol (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the plant-based milk with the collagen scoop and stir well until
  2. that it dissolves completely.
  3. Add the chia seeds and stir again until well distributed.
  4. Add the passion fruit puree and, if desired, the sweetener. Mix again.
  5. Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (ideally overnight) to
  6. to thicken.
  7. Serve cold, garnished with red berries on top. You can also add a little
  8. more passion fruit when serving to enhance the flavor.
