Chia Pudding with Tropical Fruits and Collagen

A tropical, nutritious, and functional breakfast or snack. This pudding combines the satiating and prebiotic properties of chia with the anti-aging power of Velven & Glow's hydrolyzed collagen. By incorporating fruits like mango or pineapple, it becomes a refreshing ally for digestion, skin, and daily energy. No added sugars and 100% plant-based if you use a plant-based drink.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 250 ml of coconut or almond vegetable drink (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop of Velven & Glow Collagen
  • 1 teaspoon of agave or date syrup (optional)
  • Tropical fruits to taste: mango, pineapple, papaya, passion fruit
  • Optional topping: shredded coconut, seeds, fresh mint

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the plant-based drink with the collagen and syrup well.

2. Add the chia seeds and stir until smooth.

3. Let it sit for 10 minutes, mix again, and then pour into individual glasses.

4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight).

5. Before serving, add the cut fruit on top and decorate to taste.
