Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of collagen
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 50 ml of vegetable drink or milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • (Optional) ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla
  • Coconut or olive oil for the pan

Instructions:

1. Blend the banana with the egg and the plant-based drink until you get a smooth, liquid mixture.

2. Add the flour, collagen, baking powder, and cinnamon or vanilla, if using. Mix well.
