Natural Yogurt with Granola, Fruits and Collagen

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of Collagen
  • 1 natural yogurt (Greek or sugar-free vegetable)
  • 2–3 tablespoons of no-sugar-added granola
  • A handful of fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, kiwi or raspberries)
  • (Optional) Chia or flax seeds, cacao nibs, shredded coconut

Instructions:

1. Mix the collagen well into the yogurt until it is completely dissolved.

2. Place in a bowl or glass and add the granola on top.

3. Decorate with fresh fruit to taste and optional toppings.
