Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • ½ diced avocado
  • 8–10 cherry tomatoes, split
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of Detox
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro to taste
  • Sea salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cook the quinoa according to instructions and let it cool.
  2. Mix the lemon juice with Detox Velven & Glow until completely dissolved.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, avocado, tomatoes, and fresh herbs.
  4. Add the Lemon Detox Dressing and olive oil.
  5. Stir carefully and serve chilled.
