Porridge de Avena Cremosa con Plátano, Canela e Inositol

Creamy Oatmeal Porridge with Banana, Cinnamon, and Inositol

A comforting, filling, and functional breakfast. This warm porridge combines the benefits of inositol with slow-release carbohydrates, ideal for starting the day with energy and hormonal balance.

Ingredients:

  • 40 g of oat flakes
  • 200 ml of vegetable drink (oat or almond)
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of Inositol
  • 1 teaspoon of flax or chia seeds
  • Toppings (optional): banana slices, sprinkled cinnamon, chopped walnuts, sugar-free syrup

Preparation:

1. In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable drink with the oats and mashed banana

and cinnamon.

2. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly, until a creamy texture is achieved.

3. Remove from heat and add the inositol and seeds, mixing well.

4. Serve hot in a nice bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
