Oatmeal and Cocoa Pudding with Inositol

A filling, comforting, and functional breakfast. This pudding combines the creaminess of oats with the intense flavor of cocoa and the benefits of inositol, helping to regulate mood, metabolism, and hormonal health.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of fine oat flakes
  • 200 ml of vegetable drink (oat, almond or coconut)
  • 1 teaspoon of pure unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 ripe banana

Preparation

  1. In a bowl or jar, mash the banana with a fork until well blended.
  2. Add the oat flakes, cocoa powder, inositol and plant-based drink.
  3. Stir well until all ingredients are integrated and you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight) to thicken and acquire a pudding-like texture.
  5. Before serving, stir again and add your favorite toppings: fruit, cocoa chips, shredded coconut, or a teaspoon of nut butter.
